OMG in Brazil, too! I think we just call it "mayo salad", and is super common during the holidays. Interesting that the recipe uses silken tofu instead of mayo! Did you try the vegan version for 2020's holidays?

Nope, vegeterian. I'm still in between the transition to vegan food.
