A Simple But Tasty Plant-Based Holiday Feast 🥕🎄
2020 is (almost) over. You’re alive, you did it!
Hey friends,
Today’s post brings you inspirations for a Simple But Tasty Plant-Based Holiday Feast.
And some resources to help you maintain a consistent habit with your diet in 2021 (yeah, who would want to do that during Holidays anyway 😛).
Plus, a sneak-peak about what’s coming next year!
I hope you enjoy it!
Main Dish
Traditional Herb-Crusted Butternut Squash Tenderloin
⏰ Prep Time: 5 minutes - Cook Time: 110 minutes
Chop, roast, eat. I did this one last year. It was amazing!
Chickpea Veggie Loaf
⏰ Prep Time: 15 minutes - Cook Time: 55 minutes
Made with ingredients you probably already have.
Homemade Vegan Holiday Roast
⏰ Prep Time: 15 Minutes - Cook Time: 65 Minutes
Easy to find ingredients. If you can’t find chickpea flour, go with any flour that you have.
Thanksgiving Roast
⏰ Prep Time: 50 minutes - Cook Time: 40 minutes
Sophisticated, go with this one if you want to cook something special! Keep in mind that it’s a complete dish, so this Roast might be all you need.
Side dishes
Easy Stovetop Stuffing
Is stuffing a side dish? I don’t know! But you’ll probably want to have some.
Mashed potatoes with Mushroom gravy
I find this pair mandatory.
Carrots with orange glaze
This year will be my first time making this one. Thanks Andrea for recommending it!
Dessert
I am not the sweet tooth in the house, my husband usually makes the dessert 🙈.

My family had a tradition from the times when I was a kid to make "Olivier salad" every year on the NYE. So even we are far from home with my wife we're still trying to make it every year :)
It's also sometimes called "Russian salad". I am not using the recipe because I've made it so many times but this one looks legit: https://theminimalistvegan.com/vegan-olivier-salad/
The glazed carrots recipe looks delicious!! So many great ideas for the holidays.
