Chop, roast, eat. I did this one last year. It was amazing!

Chickpea Veggie Loaf

⏰ Prep Time: 15 minutes - Cook Time: 55 minutes

Made with ingredients you probably already have.

Homemade Vegan Holiday Roast

⏰ Prep Time: 15 Minutes - Cook Time: 65 Minutes

Easy to find ingredients. If you can’t find chickpea flour, go with any flour that you have.

Thanksgiving Roast

⏰ Prep Time: 50 minutes - Cook Time: 40 minutes

Sophisticated, go with this one if you want to cook something special! Keep in mind that it’s a complete dish, so this Roast might be all you need.


Side dishes

Easy Stovetop Stuffing

Is stuffing a side dish? I don’t know! But you’ll probably want to have some.

Mashed potatoes with Mushroom gravy

I find this pair mandatory.
