Chocolate Dessert in a Jar 💝
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of raw cashews
3-4 - 1 cup of sugar
1 cup of very hot water
1 cup Chocolate chips (or 1 cup of dairy-free 70% dark chocolate)
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
1 pack of vegan biscuits (I used Oreo)
Instructions
Blend the cashews and the sugar until they are turned into flour.
Add the very hot water and blend until you get a condensed milk texture.
In medium-low heat, melt the chocolate with the oil.
Add the cashew mixture and mix them until you get a very rich texture.
Crumble the biscuits and set them aside waiting for the chocolate to completely cool down.
In a jar, put alternated layers of chocolate and crumbles, like this:
Make it on the day before or at least a few hours before dinner for extra deliciousness 👌.
Add less sugar if you prefer less sweet desserts. It also depends on the Chocolate, so make sure to decide your sweet tooth level 🤤.
There you have it, a fun and lovely dinner to celebrate Valentine’s Day!
